Purpose: Demonstration of coupled oscillators.
Description: These are two identical, matched Wilberforce pendulums. Couple these together by suspending them from a flexible metre-stick. The beating is difficult to see as the system is now very complicated. (Essentially there are now four normal modes and the system oscillates between them.)
