Purpose: Demonstrates the force due to pressure difference.
Description: Clement and Desormes experiment. Brass disc held up against upper disc by the reduced pressure consequent upon the increased velocity of CO2 emerging into the narrow space between the two discs. Close of the outflow of the CO2 cylinder, and the lower brass disc falls away.
